THE WRONG OPERA WORKBENCH

All the pieces.
One creative process.

Wrong Opera connects development and production in one workspace. Start with writing and simulated audience testing, build boards and a recurring cast, then guide the work through six creative approval gates: Story, Board, Look, Voices, Animation and Cut.

A WORKSPACE THAT GROWS WITH THE STORY

Before the first frame.
Beyond the final cut.

01

Test the story early

Simulated audience personas help investigate the hook, pacing and clarity before rendering. Treat the results as hypotheses to explore, alongside your own creative judgment.

02

Keep your cast connected

Maintain appearance, backstory, mannerisms, voices and reference artwork in a studio-level cast library. Reuse the decisions that make a character recognisable.

03

Learn from the audience

Use Content Lab to compare predicted reactions with measured retention where available. Explore scene-level drop-off to inform the next edit or episode.

04

Review with your team

Share projects with collaborators and use client review rooms for comments, approval and change requests. Keep feedback near the work.

05

Plan the delivery

Review generation estimates, compare creative choices and organise delivery rounds. Explore the output requirements for your project during a studio demo.

06

Extend the world

Develop merchandise, picture books or audiobooks from original characters and stories. Adapt the material thoughtfully to each medium.

THE PLATFORM / FAQ

Your questions,
in the loop.

What does simulated audience testing mean?

AI-generated audience personas review the story for qualities such as hook, pacing and clarity before rendering. Their feedback is a development aid, not a survey of real people or a guarantee of audience success. Measured audience analytics are a separate source of evidence.

Do I retain control over the creative process?

You decide what moves forward at six workbench gates: Story, Board, Look, Voices, Animation and Cut. You can review previews, refine the creative direction and request changes along the way.

Can a story become more than a film or series?

The platform includes paths to extend original characters and stories into merchandise, picture books and audiobooks. Plan each format as its own creative product and confirm the rights and permissions for any material you use.
